Pulwama, January 04 (KNO) : The three militants, two of HM and one of JeM who were killed in a gunfight at Tral on Thursday were on Friday laid to rest amid pro-freedom and anti-India sloganeering with thousands of people attending their funeral prayers. Thousands of people reached the residences of three slain militants and marched while carrying their bodies to offer their funeral prayers. Sources told KNO that three rounds of funeral prayers each were held for the slain militants in Laribal and Charsoo villages of Tral. Zubair's relatives, who were waiting for his body to arrive, were holding a pot full of candies in their hands. Sources told KNO that militants also appeared at the funeral of Shakoor in Laribal village of Tral and offered a gun salute to Shakoor and raised pro-freedom, pro-Islam and pro-Pakistan slogans. Meanwhile, Tral and its adjacent areas observed a complete shutdown today to mourn the death of the three local militants. (KNO)
